When a father thinks not just about his child but also the planet, Clear Genius is born. Roy Mayo’s son was heading to college, and like any parent, he wanted his son to have the necessities, including fresh drinking water. During his research, he realized that the available models discarded much plastic, which was not good for the environment. With this intent, he started the company and introduced a reusable, superior-quality filter that eliminates the wastage of plastic. Using the product saves 360 lbs of plastic, 400 gallons of crude oil, and tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
