Monette is a manufacturer of high-quality mouthpieces and musical instruments. The business initially made Prana mouthpieces available at the beginning of the new millennium. The mouthpiece cup and backbore of these much-improved mouthpieces were proportioned using a unique method, which immediately made playing into the upper register considerably simpler. Mouthpieces also give more brightness to the sound, significantly enhanced intonation, and more consistency in responsiveness across all dynamics and ranges. The unity mouthpieces are intended for use with the most widely available mass-produced trumpets.
