Willi worked at a mill and was concerned about the outer layer separation during the graining process that was only fed to animals. This gave him the idea of producing whole grains, and he started Seitenbacher in 1980. Since then, the company has been milling whole grains into large flakes that can be eaten with nuts or dry fruits to make for a wholesome meal. They have products like Museli and Oatmeal that not only take care of your health but also taste exceptionally delicious.
